Terms & Conditions
Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd. terms and conditions will apply to each and every order accepted by us, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions which the buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document.
Unless Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd. agrees in writing, any changes to these conditions shall be void, this includes any special terms and conditions agreed. This agreement shall be construed and governed by in accordance with the laws laid down in England and its courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Prices:
All prices shown on our price list are correct at the time of listing. Prices to the UK include logistics and all import duty charges. So the price you see is the price you pay. Prices to other EU Countries and non-EU Countries will have seperate price lists. Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd will take all reasonable measures to ensure that all prices and delivery costs quoted are accurate. If however we have priced an item innacurately we shall not be liable to supply such item at the listed price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Stock availability:
All purchases are subject to availability. Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd reserves the right to apply changes to the specification of the Goods and or to withdraw certain Goods without notice. Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd take measures to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered within the scheduled timescale. In certain instances or circumstances beyond our control, we may however be unable to fulfill your order. In such instances of non-fullfilment of order, we will advise you of this via email or telephone. We will inform you when stock will be available as well as offer you an alternative choice. You also have the right to cancel your order if you do not wish either to wait until stocks are replenished or accept an alternative.
Payment:
Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd - payments can be made by bank wire transfer.
Orders:
Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to refuse an order. In addition, we also reserve the right to instantly suspend the fulfillment of an order if the customer is in breach of any of these terms and conditions.
Due to increasing demand nearing the Christmas period, delivery could take longer than normal. As such we strongly advise placing orders no later than the end of November to ensure delivery by Christmas. All orders will be confirmed via e-mail.
Delivery:
Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd make every effort to ensure shipments are delivered within the quoted timescale, which usually within the UK is around 8-15 working days from receipt of order. Please enquire for delivery times to other countries.
Goods shall be delivered to the address specified at the time of order. In cases of more than one address delivery this can only be accepted prior to written agreement with Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd. The buyer shall be responsible to make necessary arrangement to receive orders whenever they are scheduled for delivery. The Goods shall be classed as delivered at the time the delivery is scheduled.

Currently we deliver within the UK and the EU as well as some Non-EU Countries. Please contact us for details.
Return of Goods:
Due to the nature of the product, Lusowest Trading and Consulting Ltd cannot accept returns, except in circumstances where the goods are found to be faulty or incorrectly fulfilled. In all other cases, goods will not be accepted for return unless agreed beforehand in writing. In such instances, goods must be returned carriage paid, in addition, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged against the value of the invoice.
Claims:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine the goods at the time of delivery, and to notify the seller of any loss or damage immediately, including stating such loss or damage on any accompanying document signed by the buyer.
The seller assumes no liability in transit for loss or damage.
The seller assumes no responsibility for any defects or damage caused to the goods or the packaging of the goods after delivery.
Sale of Alcoholic beverages:
Customers must be over 18 years of age.
Under the licensing act, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse any order made by a company or individual due to availability of stock, or for any other reason.
Allergy Warning:
Some products may contain nuts or nut oil.
